@Memphis Ram Maybe I read it wrong then, They gave up a 1st and swapped from 2 to 5 the rest was basically a wash. Did I miss something, I may have.

Others have already answered on the compensation, but it's a positional value thing. IMO, he'd have to be outstanding at both positions to justify that value.
