Saffold is an actual legit run mauling guard. If our offense wants to be more physical, at the right price, he's certainly a consideration. He's the only one I'd even consider. If our interior line hits FA and teams purge them by overpaying, we may need to look at options like Saffold or Laken Tomlinson or anyone else. We will all find out soon enough.Another question that’s equally as important is why so many Rams fans wish for reunions when any of our former players are cut by their team. I swear every post - Saffold, Littleton, Fowler - people are asking for a reunion. We cut them for a reason and it’s unlikely they come back. Just weird to me lol
You’re right, bad word choice. Simply put, we didn’t retain them for one reason or another.
We already have Stafford I thought??Only because of the money.
Joyner, Littleton both busted with the Raiders. But both were out of position too.
I only want Stafford back - but I think the prevailing thought is that we can get them cheaper now.
Actually I would take Fowler too. Same logic.
Now if it was like baseball, Rams could do that. How about a Wagner, Floyd, Miller, Littleton lb core? Would go from a weakness to a strength!

I think Jones looks like a very good linebacker. No need to get LittletonHow about a Wagner, Floyd, Miller, Littleton lb core? Would go from a weakness to a strength!

I know what you meant my friend, just giving ya shitJust found out my phone auto corrects Saffold to Stafford
Forget Littleton and keep the younger version of him we already have on a rookie contract in Jones. I don't get the fascination, and not attacking you, with Littleton when he doesn't bring anything new to the team if we put him at ILB.How about a Wagner, Floyd, Miller, Littleton lb core? After reading that article where Saff talks about the injury being nerve-related I'd steer clear of him in FA. It's one thing to get a guy who is physical and will get hurt because of how intense he plays snap to snap, but another entirely if he's damaged goods plus long in the tooth. That's the old recipe for a team being burned and paying the player his retirement contract.Saffold is an actual legit run mauling guard. I'm good either way the Rams go honestly and would be quite alright with Tomlinson. I've even mentioned him as a possible addition the Rams should look at myself. I feel like it's possible that the Rams really have to look at their IOL regardless if Corbett isn't resigned. I'm a nervous excited to see what our oline is because it's possible we may or may not have quite a few new faces depending on how things shake out. After reading that article where Saff talks about the injury being nerve-related I'd steer clear of him in FA. If they want to upgrade the interior it will require them to pass on Boom and fill LT via in-house options. Assuming that is the case, then I would go get Tomlinson from SF in FA. He's a fucking stud. Queue up film of the 9ers vs our DL. Rams know what he can do.
You want me to do a back-flip, don’t you?!Former Hawkeye James Daniels would be a welcome addition to this team.
