4.72 and a 13th percentile 3 cone does not suggest he's a sideline to sideline defender.

Well a lot better than Tutu - that was a wasted 2nd round pick

A gadget player at best,

Jones? I can live with that pick.

This is both depressing and hopeful, from Dane Brugler:

Overall, Jones has some athletic limitations, especially in coverage, but he consistently finds the
football with his instincts and toughness, which will help him earn a spot on a depth chart.

I hate that we are ignoring the interior of our sorry ass line....I mean center.....could of had Humphrey but he goes to the Chiefs. If we drafted Humphrey and this LB, I'm sure we'd be much happier and better for it. Dumbasses.

True, but football isn't played in shorts. Diagnostic and processing speed. Anticipation. Intangibles. A "slow" player can easily find themselves in the right place at the right time more often than a dim witted speedster. Let's see how the young man does!

I guess drafting players that will be back ups with short careers is a good way to clear cap space to sign some free agents to really fill the holes on the team.........after the 2021 season that is

I've been wanting a day two investment in an ILB for years. So I'm happy.

We won't get good grades for this, but Jones will make an impact as a rookie IMO.

We will address the OL tomorrow - and probably pass rush and the secondary too - truth is even if we drafted those positions earlier, it's doubtful any of those guys would start. We have one of the best rosters in the league.

Stafford or bust!

Same team as last year minus JJ and Brockers.

In Stafford we trust I guess.

Zero starters in free agency or the draft.

expect the same next year.

Not necessarily deeper, but because of the lack of full seasons coupled with opt outs, the variance between teams rankings is supposed to be greater than normal.
