I hope the wait is worth it @Corbin !! You're not going to make us wait out the full 4hrs are you? 1hr 25mins before we take the matter from your hands. ;)
@Corbin we know you are lurking!!!!!!

There you go guys, a Center to pair with Goff for a long time! Really love this guy, even though some might not think it's prudent to take a Center this high I think he can be the QB of the OL for at least a decade. Runs blocks like no ones business.

With the 54th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft the Buffalo Bills select...

Robert Hunt IOL
Louisiana-Lafayette

Name: Robert Hunt
1585711326601.png

Position: OG/OT
School: Louisiana-Lafayette
Year: R-Senior

Robert Hunt was a four year starter at Louisiana-Lafayette after his redshirt freshman season. He played LG and LT for the majority of his collegiate career, but moved to RT his senior season. A groin injury cut his season short, but Hunt was still named first-team All-SBC. Strengths NFL teams frequently draft players into different roles and positions than the players played in college. This example comes quite often along the offensive line. Robert Hunt is a solid OT prospect coming out of college, but he looks like an early starter at either guard spot, with Pro Bowl potential.

Hunt is a very good mover, who consistently lands his second-level blocks. The punch/jolt from strong bull rushes knock him back, but he anchors down after the initial contact. Every NFL team will love his effort and blue-collar mentality; he reminds me of Ryan Jensen with his gritty, aggressive mauling style of play.

Hunt looks for extra blocks on most plays and he pancakes players even when it is a bit dirty (has a few block-in-the-back plays on tape). The expected move to guard will be great for Hunt because of the plus-athleticism he already shows on pulling blocks, climbing (second level) blocks, and his quick footwork. He has good length for the position, and uses his long arms well in pass sets by keeping the defender away from his frame.

Hunt pushes the pile consistently, and is excellent at using pivot blocks (inside and outside) to create gaps in the running game. This scheme-versatile player will succeed early in his career.
Best Trait: Second Level blocking/Aggressive mauling

Weaknesses Hunt does not have many warts on tape. He did not play the stiffest competition, but he shows ability that will translate to the professional field. Hunt’s cut-block attempts were not ideal (though some were solid) and his issues with stunt recognition and blocking communication were alarming (see App State @ Louisiana-Laf, 3rd Quarter-2019). Hunt lands his blocks really well and at a very high rate.

There is a lot to like about Robert Hunt, and a transition to OG should elevate his game.
Worst Trait: High sets P. Block/Stunt Recognition

Ouch. That sort of solves a problem for me about who to take with my next pick but Uche was top f the list.

This guy could tear the NFL apart next year in the right scheme. How scary does that Ravens D look when they can just let this guy pin his ears back!

With the 56th pick of the ROD Draft the Miami Dolphins, after having their Big Board decimated by a number of posters who just don't understand how many holes the Dolphins have!! :), select

Noah Igbinoghene CB Auburn

Igbinioghene can play slot or outside and adds to a developing very strong defensive back cadre joining Byron Jones, Xavien Howard at CB and 1st Rd draft pick Xavier McKinney as S.

Man Cover Skills - He's still raw in press coverage and can prematurely step and throw the wrong hand to lock himself into some difficult transitions. His recovery burst, physicality down field and his combativeness all mix together to allow him to frequently work back into the body and squeeze/diminish windows.

Zone Cover Skills - Like what he offers in both flats and deeper zone coverages with his explosive transitions. He's developing his anticipation and route feel but he's going to grow here significantly given his trajectory over his two seasons at CB. Bounce to work into the catch point or drive on throws is strong.

Feet/COD - Footwork is still a work in progress and he can take some false steps in transition. But his raw mobility and foot speed have allowed him to mask against many opponents and provide him with good recovery skills to find his way back to his man. He'll cover a ton of ground with his click and close.

Ball Skills - Hasn't developed a feel for working his eyes back to the football with consistency yet. He's missed a number of turnover opportunities by face guarding and instead electing to elevate the hands straight up to disrupt the catch point. The turnovers will come in bunches if he gets more comfortable here.

Flexibility - Body control is top shelf. His ability to flip his hips or plant and drive at steep angles gives him very dynamic movement skills and the ability to stay pressed into the body of receivers when going stride for stride down the field. His ability to explode into contact as a tackler is aided by fluid hips.

Acceleration - This dude has got big time wheels and can absolutely fly in the open field. Apparent track athlete when you see him in the open field opening up his strides to eat up turf effortlessly. His short area explosiveness is good too but his long speed is where he shines in recovery situations or as a kick returner.

Defensive Spacing - He's obviously a work in progress here and can be over-committed to the first flash across his face but he deserves the benefit of the doubt with his lack of reps and time at corner. He's got the movement skills to bail himself out of a false step and with more polish should have effective route jumping ability.

Competitive Toughness - Brings special teams value in addition to his skills as a defender and took one for the team in converting to cornerback in 2018. He's a high effort player and he's been found way down field in pursuit of runs and quick game that's popped the top of the defense. Scrappy to squeeze vertical stems to the boundary.

Run Support - Like his ability to drive to the boundary and play as a support defender, he's got good awareness to peel back when he's in man to man and when he's zone he's got the suddenness to drive to the play quickly. He's an ambitious tackler, which has bit him at times. He's got punch power to jolt would-be blockers.

Tackling - He's willing but he's not always the best with his balance and will throw himself into some of his challenges a little too haphazardly. With his dense build, he's got the play strength to be a valued hitter but he'll need to be more consistent to wrap up and ensure he's finishing his challenges.

---

Best Trait - Explosiveness

Worst Trait - Ball Skills

Best Film - Alabama (2019)

Worst Film - Alabama (2018)

Red Flags - None

Player Summary -
Noah Igbinoghene is a high ceiling cornerback at the NFL level. With just two seasons of experience playing cornerback, Igbinoghene is facing tremendous growth in the coming years as he becomes more natural defending receivers at the catch point and further developing the finer points of the position. A former track star, Igbinoghene is an explosive athlete with elite body control and will present as a starter in the long run. The only question is how long he takes to round into form.
