I'm totally fine with taking a top running back at 52 and, unless or until proved wrong, I'm prepared to trust McVay and Snead on who they wanted. Rams were never going to stand pat with Henderson and the often injured Brown.

We need playmakers and we appear to have gotten one.

I didn't get to see many of Akers games but his highlight reel sure make him seem like a great pick for our system. He seemed to make something out of nothing on s lot of plays. Now I'm hoping for Cushenberry.
