No vent. Was watching the game with my buddy who is a GB fan nothing but respect better team won. We just need to get ready for next season.

I know, you're pissed. You want to blame the O, want to blame Goff. But our D lost this one. Still think they are good, they just had a bad game, they failed to execute in basic things like tackling against a great offense.
The Rams defense got outclassed today. Obviously Donald was hurt, and no one else stepped up. Couldn't stop the run for nothing. Goff played great... Akers played great. They were in it until the end though. Still proud of this team. You can't win the super bowl every year. Go Rams.
The oline wasn't good enough. Everyone one else played good enough to win but if the line cant block a 4 man rush then you dont have a chance. Especially if the d is giving up 30+ points and 500 yards.
The Reynolds incompletion @ 11:03 was the one that hurt. We're down a TD and driving and then ....... that one play we see almost every game w/ Reynolds. Next play a 6 yd sack. That was as close as we got. He makes that play it's a 2nd and 4.
But overall, I'm proud of our team. Not having AD at full strength hurt. But solid games from Goff, Akers, Jefferson. Our defense is designed to stop the pass. We're not the best at stopping the run. We needed a turnover to change the game, which didn't happen. Kudos to GB.

The reason it hasn't is because usually its been great most of the time.
the offense had 244 yards and 18pts today.... it wasnt good either.
When Goff plays bad he gets called out

And better receivers, better tight end, better rb depth, better scouting and draft capital management, better front office with regards to team management and building. They're a gold standard team. The only area we are clearly better in is special teams, but that says more about them than us. They're an aspirational goal. Maybe one day.

I just find it hypocritical... and I also find it funny that people are acting like teh offense was great... it wasn't good either.
