2018 ROD MOCK DRAFT

Since this draft began, the most interesting pick for me personally would be choosing the compliment WR to Julio Jones. I keyed on who could start and still be available late in the 2nd round. The Atlanta Falcons only 'holes' were DT (#26 Maurice Hurst) and Wide Receiver. After an extensive search, I narrowed the field to C. Kirk, A. Miller, and the new starting WR for the Falcons:

Deon Cain WR Clemson 6'1" 202 4.43

Clemson’s Deon Cain is an explosive wide receiver who is excels at taking the top off a defense and stretching the field.
Deon Cain is an exciting wide receiver prospect thanks to his speed. He’s someone who easily outpaces defenders and gets behind the defense. His ability to track the football helps make him an even more effective deep threat.
