There are still several out there with sub 4.5 Speed! Including Godwin and ... then ..I like it! Now come back at #91 with some speed at WR.
Yeah, that IS Kupp. Super smooth out of breaks. Looks like a 10 year vet. It is why he gets open. He will be fun to watch. We still need a take the top off guy to make this offense complete, in theory, unless we think Thomas can do it.
Jrry, that's what Ants and I were stating earlier. Les and McVay read the draft better than the rest of us. Most of us would have taken Kupp and Everett in our first two picks going in. We got them, in reverse order, and another pick later. A tip of the cap to the front office!
Skins havin a nice draft thus far.
I was hoping to see Moreau in Horns too!Moreau, Lewis, Tankersly, King,
Lawson, Rivers
Doh there goes Moreau
We are going for it, as far as the offense goes. Trying to quickly add the pieces we need to be efficient. We will spread the field in short areas, try to have a guy or two draw the defense deep, and attack the seams.Tavon is going to watch guys like Kupp and Woods running routes in this camp and realize how far behind he still is. Hopefully he will improve greatly, because if he does he could add some "take off the top" element for us.
But again this particular staff and offense... You aren't gonna get playing time if you're not running exact routes. Staple of the Jay Gruden offense and I'm certain McVay will carry that tendency over.
This is about where I start considering trading our 5'th to move up for CB Jourdan Lewis. jmo.
