Wow!!! Toughest preseason schedule ever!!!!!

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.nfl.com/preseason/story/0ap1000000157357/article/2013-nfl-preseason-schedule" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.nfl.com/preseason/story/0ap1 ... n-schedule</a>

Week 1: at Cleveland Browns
Week 2: Green Bay Packers
Week 3: at Denver Broncos (CBS)
Week 4: Baltimore Ravens

This will be the third time in four years that the Rams close out the preseason with a home game against the Ravens. The Rams and Ravens have only previously met twice in the preseason - going back several decades. We won the 2010 and 2012 preseason finales over Baltimore. The Ravens visited the Ed during the 2011 regular season (that sucked), so their 2013 trip here will mark the fourth-consecutive year in which the Rams have played the Ravens in St. Louis.

Looks like we can say Rest In Peace to the Governors Cup Game as well.

No Chiefs? Other than when we played them in the regular season, when was the last time we haven't had a governors cup?

Love it. The last 2 should give us a glimpse of what this team is all about.

The last time there was no Governors Cup? It was the last time there was no NFL Football in St.Louis, 1994.

A few interesting notes on the Governors Cup

#1. When Dick Vermeil asked the Governor of Missouri "where is the Governor of Kansas" thinking Kansas City was in Kansas.

#2. Going back to the St.Louis Cardinals Football days. The game was played in Memphis Tennessee one year due to scheduling conflicts with both Busch and Arrowhead Stadiums and Farot Field in Columbia.

So against the Broncos in Peyton's house for the dress rehearsal game.

Nice.

Looking at this, I'm excited. Especially the dress rehearsal game is on CBS. Nice tests for us.

It's interesting that Baltimore and STL play again to end the season, considering that the teams are responsible for scheduling their final pre season game.

As long as we don't suffer injuries, I could care less our preseason schedule.

They are not real games.

No, but there are "games" within these games. :ww:

True.

But it's WAY more about player evaluation than anything.

No strategy. No game plan. Etc.

Do you think Fisher will use the 3rd game or 4th game as the dress rehearsal?
Think he does in game #4, but I'm not 100%

Just talked with my oldest son. We are going to Denver!
