No need to rush on either of those.
Gaines needs a raise, and we need to restructure Robinson's contract.
Good tandem with some nice young depth behind them...

And these adjustments have been with almost no practice. I am so proud to be a Rams fan right now. I just hope they have reached that place where every game gets the same focus and no victory gives them the feeling of relief. So there is no let down.#5 is the biggest one for me. The defense has been so much better at getting off of the field. They have forced turnovers and have had fewer brain farts in assignments. Funny how guys like Rapp, DW, and even Reeder are looking more capable during this stretch. One key is the DL. They’ve been playing outstanding football lately. Dunno if it’s a result of Donald turning it up, or it’s what has allowed Donald some breathing room to do his thing. He’s been playing his best ball all year during this run.
Michel IS exactly what you said, he’s perfect for this offense. He gives it a toughness that disallows a defense from focusing on the passing game primarily.
That leads me to the OL and its depth. Just an amazing job they have been doing, all things considered. The best part is even though we’ve been missing 2 of our top 3 tackles every week, none of them are actually injured. They’re gonna be available shortly.
Coaching: how about a shout out to THEIR on the fly adjustments? Did anybody think Edwards would be starting at LT? That doesn’t happen if it hasn’t been happening in practice. Several contingency options have been employed and the Rams have looked good through it all.
Tough month. Rams in first place by doing it the hard way. Like I always say, “champions win on a bad day.”
I am not so sure I buy into that. If anything, there probably should have been a holding call on that play.Oh and btw if Odell goes after that throw in the endzone instead of sitting back and trying to one-hand it that's another play that would have changed the look of that first half. So it wasn't all 9 making the mistakes.
Agreed. Defender grabbed his left hand IIRC.I am not so sure I buy into that. If anything, there probably should have been a holding call on that play.
They did the exact same thing on Kupp with a no call. One of the few times I have actually seen Kupp look to the refs for the call. The announcers briefly touched on it unlike Tuesday when they wouldnt stop talking about the non-pi call.Agreed. Defender grabbed his left hand IIRC.
Now having said that........Also, Travin Howard was pretty p.... Pretty.... Pretty good today. He was all over the field and looked great in coverage!!

yeah I dont mind that if its called consistently (or not called in this case). It seemed like the refs were okay with letting guys play, which is such a contrast to seeing a game officiated by Hochuli's crew.
I can't freaking stand Hochuli. One of them loves to see himself on camera and the other one is just generally bad at his job.It seemed like the refs were okay with letting guys play, which is such a contrast to seeing a game officiated by Hochuli's crew.
