The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks began play as NFL expansion franchises in 1976.
In the intervening years, The RAMS are 3-0 against Tampa in NFL post season competition.
They are 2-0 against Seattle in post season competition, pending the results of the NFC championship game to be played Sunday, 25 January 2026.
