Charges, as in many cases, sound much worse than what the actual events may have been.

Apparently, higbee and his girlfriend were followed from one bar to another by the alleged victim, who then had words and "contact" with his girlfriend, at which point higbee pushed the guy down. Didn't strike him, but pushed him down and that's how he hurt his head.

This guy could be the most explosive TE in the draft and catches everything. Likes to party, ok....pobably uses this incident as a learning moment and hopefully it ends up preventing future problems. Overall, very happy with the pick.
