Geno Smith isn't going to stop an entirely new regime from taking a new quarterback. The guy seriously benefitted from Austin and Bailey. He really isn't a good quarterback at all. Unlike Mariota and Winston (at least on the field for the latter), Smith doesn't have what it takes to mentally be a quarterback at the NFL level.
