Well this is easy

Best Win - Rams vs Titans in SB
Worst Loss - (I really hate talking about this game - ugh) Rams vs Cheatriots in SB

Now for Second Place

Best Win - Rams vs Cowboys in 1980 (thought they had lost that one for sure) and then the Ferragamo pass to Waddy - didn't see that one coming at all

Or both Tampa Bay wins in the championship game

Worst Loss - Rams vs Vikings in the Rain Game (I really felt we had a SB winner that year)

The worst loss, by far and no second place even in contention, was losing the NFC conference championship game to Carolina in 2001 at the end of the game when we were down by three points, driving, had the defense on their heels, had time for a couple of plays, and Martz settled for a field goal while running down the clock. Carolina then won the game on the first play in overtime. I would have fired Martz the next day or maybe right after the game.

Actually the rams were in position to win the game as they were in fg range. Then bulger threw a horrible interception.

The first play after that was the long td to smith.

The worst loss was the superbowl 36 loss. Never even considered they could lose. For it to happen the way it did made it worse. To come back and tie it up, look like the team that had momentum and then let those fuckwits march down the field and win killed me a little inside.

Then 8 years later the Warner led cards did the same thing against the stealers. Fought hard all game to get back into it, got the lead late and couldn't stop those fuckwits from marching down the field and scoring the winning td.

Right, but you 're talking overtime. We ran out the clock in regulation.

Right, Carolina's first play in overtime. But I was stupefied at the moment in regulation by Martz running out the clock to take a field goal with the best offense in the NFL on the move and the Carolina D on its last legs. And had I been in charge I would really have fired Martz. It was unforgivable craziness. Martz had great schemes but losing Vermeil (thanks, Bernie and STL press) and putting Martz in charge was the end of that team.

Have to agree, the winning the Superbowl vs Titans was the best and losing to NE was the worst

Yeah its not hard for me...

Best - Superbowl victory
Worst - loss to Patriots in the Superbowl.

The loss to the 49ners in the 89-90 NFC championship was pretty rough...

Last nights win was one of the top regular season wins....

No question to me...The Super Bowl loss to the pats. Not just because we lost, but because Belicheat dared the refs to call penalties against his corners, linebackers, and safeties. They were holding us everywhere and bumping us off our routes. It worked because it was so blatant, the refs “let them play” and it killed us. They were not in the same league, not even close, so Bill played a hunch that the NFL wouldn’t want to litter a Super Bowl with too many penalties. Then AFTER it was discovered that the pats video taped our red zone walk throughs, Belicheat won coach of the year. Not over it, can you tell?

Without doubt. I have never seen a replay of that game in full after the loss....I just can't.... too soon....

Losing Dick Vermeil as our head coach was one of the worst losses ever for the Rams.
Can you imagine Bill Walsh walking away from the 49's after winning his first Superbowl? No? Well, it happened to us. Only to have him go to the Chiefs? Wat wat wat?! That still blows my mind and weighs heavy on the main reason the Rams didn't have the word "Dynasty" attached to those golden Warner/Faulk years.
Best game: SB win against Titans. Worst games Pats and Steelers SB losses.

If we’re talking regular season wins and losses,
Off the top of my head
Win- 2004 down 27-10 in 4Q to Seattle in their house and we come back to win in OT
Loss- 1989 Monday nighter at home had 27-10 lead over 49ers late only to see them come back. What made it worse for me was my effing father telling me how great Joe Montana was the whole time just to rub it in...

hmm I'm not going to include SB appearances - I think my actual favourite win was the 46-9 win over the Colts last year, after years of dire offensive play, Sean McVay unleashed the New LA Rams and I thought something special was going to happen - with regards to losses far too many to count!

I was at that game and here is a sour Colts fan after that thrashing for your enjoyment!

Rams Vs Chargers 2002 - I watched the game at an airport. We trailed the whole game and came back to win.

Rams Vs Panthers 2001 Playoffs - Gut wrenching game.

Best: Super Bowl 34. Monday Night was pretty unforgettable, though

Worst: the Cheats in SB 36, that horrible Monday Night against the Whiners in 89 where we were twice up by 17 and they came back and beat us.

Also the ‘89 championship game. Humiliating and I had to be there in person in Ram gear to experience it.

You guys keep mentioning a playoff loss to the Panthers in 2001... Didn't we make it to the super bowl on 2001?

That's a dumb question.

Hey guys? We made it to the super bowl in 2001 (technically the 2001 season, as it was 2002 at the time).
