I love how these guys sound...loose, but REALLY dialed in.

The culture change is giving me fan whiplash.

It doesn't feel like these guys are talkin trash, but instead just being really focused and dialed in on execution and winning their assignments one play at a time.

The collective demeanor is right on. They're focused on tommorow's game but loose and subtlety confident. I know its a video about a hat but their responses tell me so much more.

Mcvay may be the best rams hire ever and Goff, Gurley, AD, and others are so young, this may be the beginning of the golden age of the blue and gold.
