They actually called 24 penalties on the raiders... but the bucs declined one of them. Thing is... many of the flags thrown were for false starts and off sides... they were so obvious that the refs had no choice but to launch the flags. I still can't believe the raiders were able to win in spite of them.

Obviously, not all penalties were created equal...What the calls are and when can be the real killers...Especially the really subjective stuff...The Rams seem to get too many late hit and roughing the passer types because they have nurtured a reputation around the league (deserved or not)...
