McVay did also say he's not playing many second string players as well. He's not limiting his preseason rules to only 1st stringers.

This is going to be one hell of a boring preseason if none of the below players are playing:

I think we'll see pretty much all of the rooks unless we plan on them starting or in a heavy rotation role.
