I know the stats won't look great for him but Sam had some HUGE progress plays today. He got rid of the ball a couple times, showed great control between touch and blistering speed, threw to eight different receivers, and looked off the defense even with little time to make it work. He also showed the accuracy we all know he has. Even without a TD, it was a big day for Sammy.

And a huge shout out to our Rookies. OMFG!!!! How good might this class be for us? Watch out for this team!

I think they're all doing very well considering this is yet another new scheme on offense. And on defense. What that means (to me) is that these guys aren't even on the level where they're just playing. They're in all likelihood still thinking first and playing 2nd.

The second half of this season could be special if they can stay healthy.

I live in beautiful Butte America. Old copper mining town of about 30K. At one point in the early 1900's there was over 100K people living in Butte. Great place and wonderful people. Not the prettiest place in the state due to all the mining over the years. We have a huge open pit that they shut down back in the early 80's now filling up with water. Most of the state hates Butte and won't claim it as part of Montana, hence "Butte America."
