I know you probably won't point out specific positions that need upgrading, but what do you think needs to get done to "get over the hump"? The NFC West has become the hardest and best division in the NFL now. What, in your opinion, does the team need to do to cut down the other teams and make the playoffs over them?

i'd say that all we need to do is just play well constantly, we have beaten playoff teams and lost to others. I feel like we've demonstrated that we have the ability to make it to the play offs we just have to be more consistent and it will come in my humble opinion.

I can agree with that, guess it does take a little time to get consistent when its such a young team. Thanks for the answer.
