As disappointed as I am in the Rams right now, this is the thing today that really has me pissed off. That wasn't within a lightyear of a personal foul. Jerome Booger should be fired and never allowed to work in the NFL again and the league office should issue a formal apology to the Falcons.

I would say that's just fucking ridiculous, but that's not fair to the adjective "ridiculous."

How do they let someone like Boger keep his job? I remember when Brockers hit the Bears QB back in St Louis and forced a fumble that was returned 90 plus yards for a TD. It was negated by a Boger roughing call. There was no helmet to helmet. No pile driving to the ground. No full weight on the QB. QB still had the ball. The only thing anyone could think of was maybe the hit was too hard of a hit. Even though it was textbook clean.

The only way they will hold the refs accountable is to make them available for post game interviews like the players and coaches. They're sure try a lot harder to get it right if they had to answer for it.

The falcons need to absolutely go crazy about that roughing call. Who cares if you get fined. Keep bringing it up. Make it as big of a deal as possible because that was absolute bullshit.

If I were their HC, I would have taken my headgear off at midfield and walked off the field into the locker room. You have to make a stand. Let the NFL fine you - cool, that just puts more focus and attention of the cheating and/or incompetent referees
