Mine is as followed...

2 roasted Bronco loins in the crockpot as I type. Slow cooking overnight with a combo of spices, butter, and some beer. Going to shred it for bbq sammies.

Cheese dip with ground bronco beef in it. Also hot salsa.

Not sure what else, but maybe scalloped potatoes. Suggestions?

Plenty of cheap cold frosty ones. Some Jagar when we score and win.

Leftover double pepperoni thin crust pizza, sour cream and white cheddar kettle cooked chips with Cajun crab dip from publix.

Oh and lots of beer(pbr this week) and some ill advised vodka shots.

And you can never go wrong with scalloped potatoes dag, never. Go with it.

Horsemeat, eh? I think I'm cooking brats and beer. Not in theme but its what I've got. Question: I have a bunch of Bloody Mary supplies...is it safe to drink?

If Bronco Loins are anything like any other tenderloin. You are doing them a disservice. And dump the cheap beer. Life is too short to drink crappy beer. How about we dry rub and grill the loins. And get a case or 2 of Lagunitas IPA. Maybe some seafood chowder (dungeoness season started today) and some type of queso. Maybe bacon and cheese stuffed jalapenos yum

Not doing the loins a disservice. For one I've been rubbing and grilling all summer/fall. Time to change things up a bit. Secondly, it snow here last night and suppose to snow today. I'm staying warm and comfy. Not to mention I'll be outside a lot this week in the cold working on the house and around it. Now in my youth (young and dumb), I would get out and bbq in a foot of snow. Father time has made me wiser though (I hope lol).

On the cheap beer. Got laid off on 10/31 and with Thanksgiving and Christmas looming and with 2 grandchildren we've got to watch even our pennies. I drink a good cheap beer. Besides, life is also long. If one doesn't plan for retirement, one won't be drinking any beer at all.
That said I do have Jagar now.

I never use jalapenos for poppers. Nothing personal, but just got burned out on jala's a long time ago. I go with hungarian hot wax banana peppers. I find hungarian's have a better flavor for me personally. That said, I've done so many of them this past summer/fall I should have bought a hog for my bacon. lol Again, time to change things up a bit. The hot salsa I'm using in cheese dip is homemade out of the garden.

Appreciate the input. Just alot of things you mention have been done a lot this past summer and fall for football. I did tell the Mrs. last night next time I do the loin in crock, I'm going to rub them. Right now, I just put seasoning in the the 1/4 cup of beer and crushed garlic I put in.

Nothing wrong at all with a good stew brother. I'm looking forward to making my first pot of the year soon. I froze and canned many needed necessities for it this past summer. I like both stew and vegetable soup with meat in it (I've seen some not put meat in veggie soup). Anything special you do to your stew?

You going to come over and do my leaves when you're done? Kudos to you for volunteering man. Hell, chili, burgers, and dogs sound good in this weather.

Not an I PA guy.
Prefer Lagers and Stouts.
I'm not a snob though. Cold bud light is great by me. Back a bit of bourbon.

Roasted chicken and potatoes tonight.
