Is this dude still on the team? If so, how much does it save to cut him? He was only drafted in 2014. So he has to still be on a rookie deal.

And he'll NEVER play football again. There's no way he'd pass a physical and his mental illness screams desperate need for care. Don't be surprised if he isn't Baker Acted soon.
