That's really cool, especially the IR rule. Place a dude on IR, let him rehab while a replacement guy can be played until the other guy can come back.

Its about time the NFL implemented a IR rule like this. Woulda been helpful last year with a guy like Jerome Murphy. He would have provided a great midseason bump at CB.

Yep I like that better. I don't like IR sidelining a guy for the entire season.
