Thursday Night Games

Revisiting this topic as there seems to be more pushback from the players these days.

What do you think?

More football the better?

Too much of a safety risk and/or over saturation, poor quality games?

Video: Will the NFL listen to players about Thursday night games?

I voted play before watching the video. Some better matchup like division games is a good idea. I watched as Thurs night not a good TV night. After watching the video I understand the players side. It would be money lost for players and owners. I would like to see the injury studies. They should be the main factor in making a decision.

Seems like 1/2 the players are for it, and 1/2 against it. I like Thursday night football myself!

I like it but think all teams should have a bye before it.

I don’t like when we play on Thursday night. And... I definitely believe there MUST be a heightened injury risk.

Pass.

Voted no more TNF. The game is oversaturated plus it puts the players at too much risk for injuries. Enough already.

Quantifiable Data shows that there are no more injuries on Thursday night games as opposed to Sunday & Monday games, the real issue is, the body not having enough time to recover. Also Thursday Night Games are rated high, contrary to reports, so there is an easy answer to all of this because unless the players want less money, Thursday Night Games are here to stay.

Two Bye weeks and giving every team on Thursday Night a Bye week after or before, however, everyone in Fantasy Football will go bonkers with two bye weeks, but just extend your rosters and all will be fine...Now onto world peace.

Agreed, not a fan of them but if we're gonna keep it, at least extend the season to have 2 bye weeks

I fucking hate fantasy football so hearing FF nuts cry about it makes me moist.

I too abhor FF..I Want to toss because of the "fans" who care more about their FF than the games themelves...I would think that's probably not as many people as I think, but it seems to be a whole bunch...

I usually see my girlie on Thursdays so I rarely watch the games.

As the years have gone by I watch less of the games that don't involve the Rams or aren't a big matchup. I will on occasion but not often.

I'm part of the reason ratings are down..........I don't want to watch a badly officiated game riddled with commercial stoppages that takes way longer to play than it should. And when I do watch I can stream it so I'm invisible to the ratings anyway.
