I for one would like to see all the coaches replaced starting with McVay. Also get what they can for Donald and let him go to the Steelers. Also find the replacement for Stafford, get a legit LT and a top OLBer and for the love of God get rid of Kendricks.

2 Super Bowl appearances in 5 years. Let that sink in. Don’t be so quick to lose faith.

There's gonna be a major reality check for this fan base when McVay moves on. It will be a sad day.

Speaking of acting like children, this is a good example of that.

The Rams will win another SB under McVay. It's clear that we tried to run it back and we killed our salary cap. That's why we are playing with a roster full of rookies. It was worth it. Next season, McSnead has all their draft picks and salary cap to play with. The Rams will be good next season, IMO.

The biggest mistake, IMO, was giving HUGE raises to Stafford, Kupp, and Donald after the Superbowl win. Only Donald has come close to earning his extension money.

What a big baby.
Rebuilds happen and Sean is far and away the best coach we have ever had.
Not perfect, just the best.
And screw this, "if AD wants to lever get all you can for him" GARBAGE.
If he wants to leave (which I doubt) tuff up AD.
Slater and Jack Youngblood were only Rams and my favorites.
Some fans ought to give up real football and stick to "fantasy football" and Madden.
Leave the rest of the football world to the adults.

McVay is a HOF type of coach. That said he has his warts. One of those warts is he's piss poor at developing QBs. He got rid of Goff as not good enough.....now Jared is a top 5 QB and all it took was a HC willing to play to Goff's strengths. Right now Goff is far better than Stafford.

Stafford is scheduled for retirement in 2025 by his contract. This is why they want to draft his successor next year to redshirt for a year. But who knows if he will last that long. He banged himself up on the 2 point conversion, though I think it happened the play before.

If McVay is going to move on they need to start talking to Kalen DeBoer. His staff at UW is dynamic and play both sides of the ball aggressively. If they get Penix they should bring DeBoer along too. The UW offense is balanced with a strong run game and pass attack. Penix is a master at deep throws. They use the run and short throws to setup the deep strike. The way McVay used to with Gurley but since has totally gotten away from.

The Ram decline has as much to do with McVay as anything else. If he isn't 1000% into it anymore then say thanks Sean then hire DeBoer.
You give Kalen Penix, this WR group and he can make the Rams special again.

Andy reid made 1 super bowl in his first 19 years.

McVay is still learning - these past two years have been rough.

But when we went all in for the super bowl this was going to happen.

I just hope he doesn't quit because he can't take losing.

I am calling it like I see it, this board seems to be full of almost nothing but a bunch of homers. If you can't face reality, just use the ignore function.

You and that Ghosttide dude that never posts except to complain in GDTs even when we're winning need to find each other to watch games together.

Yesterday was an embarrassment, there's no denying it. Every team has an embarrassing game almost every season. It happens. In the grand scheme of things we could easily be in or tied for first place in our division if we had a few less unlucky bounces or refs not determined to F us in the rear every game. This season was clearly marked as a reboot by everyone including the front office based on the letters they sent out to ticket holders. So far, minus this game, the Rams have far exceeded almost everyone's expectations I think.

Having said that we clearly have things that need fixed. McVay's play calling has been suspect at times and I don't think Stafford has been helping matters. But McVay is still a great coach who has gotten us to two Super Bowls already and he's still the youngest coach in the league. You don't give up on a dude like that because of a few speedbumps.
