I'm listening to the ESPNA LA pre-game show with Eric Davis and other guys whose names are not memorable. Sideline reporter Dmarco Farr is on with them and all of a sudden the opinionated ex-49er is no longer the cocky ex-football playing know-it-all. It was like a power shift that you could feel, because Dmarco takes second pace to no one, when it comes to analyzing a team that he has intimately known for 11 years. I have to admit that Farr used to annoy me, especially when they pushed Jim Hannifan out covering the St Louis game broadcast to make room for him..But the guy is razor sharp on comebacks and isn't intimidated by Davis. Farr should be in the booth and not in the lesser on-the-field role of sideline reporter.

Well, I heard Davis about a week ago on the show that features Cowheard and Whitlock, and Davis was complimentary about the Rams offense ; that through 2 preseason games he can see an improvement. SO, I think with the entire coaching change and improvement of skill players, it starting grow on him.

I love Demarco. Huge fan of the team, and homer, but isn't arrogant and does a good job of observing the game for the fans.

So many "analysts" just talk up whoever just made a good play it's irritating. I love the guys who can sit back and give that big picture view wrt the good and bad without having to make every player sound like a future hall of famer.

D Marco is the best analyst/ anything for our team. We need to replace Meshawn's dumb ass with him in the morning and get him back on the booth again!

I was listening to M. Jones-Drew on the radio during the game...he's fine as well....D'marco I didn't get to hear...I'll be awaiting to read about what he saw.

Eric Davis is a straight shooter...much like ED....and Key...they are going to give you their opinions....with no filter.
