I bawled when the Rams lost this game. My parents thought I had gone mental. I was 7 years old and already psycho for the Rams.
LOL.
When Pittsburgh scored their first TD I burst into tears and threw my Rams hat at the TV.
I was a lil one then too.

So many what ifs in that game. A heartbreaking loss. I was in my early 20's that time. Old enough to buy liquor. In hindsight, it probably was not a good thing.

I cried after this games especially after seeing Dennis Harrah leaving the field with his arm around Wendel Tyler’s shoulder...what character and heart they showed that game...people forget that they were 9-7 that season

it was those awesome looking uniforms you see them wearing in that video that got me hooked.:yay: those are the coolest unis ever, best in the NFL ever bar none!!!!

The thing that made me fall in love with the Rams more than anything else though, was these road uniforms.the yellow sleeves were so unique.:help: at first i thought they were just some players who had a yellow undershirt UNDERNEATH their uniforms but when i realise they were PART of the uniform,i instantly fell in love with them all from waching THIS GAME.

Those road uniforms of the Rams back then are by far my favorite! My favorite of all Rams uniforms ( although I'm liking those color rush yellows a lot lately).

I had season tickets (through my father) for all of the Rams Anaheim games. I don't think they ever wore the white away uni at a home game. I wish I had a chance to have seen them up close and in person.

So proud of how Ferragamo played in this game. Tyler has some great runs.

But that Cromwell dropped int. :headexplosion: That had pick-six all over it. We had the momentum. We were up 19-17. It would have been 26-17. And they don’t score the 73 yarder. We would have won.
I've seen that particular play dozens of times in my head. Definitely a pick 6 and a different game.

Remember Dre Bly doing a very similar thing in that final drive against the Titans? It almost came back to bite us again.
