I was thinking of posting this over at the Cardinals website, but they are already sensitive about the Rams knocking out their QB's every year...lol

It's not uncommon for players to have a chip on their shoulder based on where they are picked and who was picked above them. Brady, Rodgers, Bush, MJD, etc.

Also the latest episode of Around the NFL Podcast visits the Rams camp. McVay, Cooks, Peters and Suh have interviews on the show.

He shouldn't be angry at this point. Such had the more successful carrier. Sam could have been better, if he had stayed healthy and had better coaches. He played well for Minnesota and Philthydelphia. But just knowing that Fisher desperately needed a QB, should be enough for Such to not hold a grudge. QBs will always be the priority over every other position if a team doesn't have one and there is a tough choice to be made.

Besides, as reckless and mean as Such was in his younger days, coupled with Fisher's loose discipline style and Gregg Williams headhunter mentality, Such would have been banned from the NFL for life by his third year.

"I always mark the calendar when I have Sam Bradford on there, no matter what," Suh told the Around The NFL Podcast on Thursday. "Whether it was when we were rookies, when he was in St. Louis or when he was any other place. I've always looked forward to going against him."

It's not that Ndamukong Suh wants to hurt Sam Bradford. He simply has a message he's been sending since the St. Louis Rams opted for the Oklahoma quarterback at No. 1 overall in the 2010 NFL Draft.

Still holding a serious grudge over his draft positioning, Suh is already looking forward to lining up against Bradford when the Cardinals travel to Los Angeles for a Week 2 showdown.

It's nothing quite so personal against Bradford, Suh insists.

Extraordinarily light on his feet for a 6-foot-4, 300-pound behemoth, the former Nebraska defensive tackle knew he was the most talented prospect in his 2010 draft class. Since he entered the league, Suh has simply been using that one-two slight as fuel for the competitive fire when he faces Bradford.

Holding down the most glamorous position on the field isn't doing Bradford any favors, either.

"He's a quarterback, at the end of the day," Suh added. "So I want to get after a quarterback no matter what. ... I'm not much of a talker, but I'll definitely try to hit him as hard as I can."

For the sake of his beleaguered body, Bradford might want to duck when he sees Suh coming for him in mid-September.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's great to know Suh will be up for two divisional games this year. It's going to be weird watching Bradford in a Cardinals uniform. I hope Suh can help the pass rush especially if Donald holds out. I do expect he plays well this year coming here as he did with an eye on his next big contract.

Trust me! They are going to get ultra sensitive about it again! If the Sam does not go down to injury on his own, I can almost guarantee he will go snap, crackle, & pop in the arms of Aaron "The Kracken!" Donald, Ndamukong "King Kong" Suh, or Michael "The Incredible Brock!" Brockers---maybe even all three at once!!! (I still would love to know who is the strongest between Suh & Brockers.)

I have always liked Sam and have supported him everywhere he played . . . in college, in Saint Louis, In Philly, and in Minny. However, some guys' bodies, for whatever reason, just appear too fragile for pro football, and Sam is simply a coach killer in that regard.

Not sure what Fish had to do with the whole thing. It’s not like he drafted SB over Suh. If I had to guess, Fish would have gone with Suh anyway.

It definitely would have been interesting though seeing Suh play for GW.

I’m not sure Suh is necessarily angry about taken #2 .... oh wait.... that would be a chip I’d carry if I were him. SB should be VERY scared. Anyone think he will pull a Rodney Dangerfield moment right before that game? MY ARM!!!

It's been in the back of my mind festering ever since the Rams signed Suh. With the ongoing Donald holdout and not being in TC and possibly the whole season, I'll say It, even though I know I'm going to catch a lot of flak here. Suh is a better fit on the Ram DL than Donald. Of course I would like them both to be on the field together. But Suh is bigger, takes up more space, OL has to put two guys on him, and he plays the run as good or better than AD. Paired with Brockers, Rams may have a better run D than AD paired with Brockers.

Suh has no complaints $$$$ wise as he was drafted in the lucrative CBA era

That’s true. So if he’s carrying a chip, that might mean it’s not all about the dinero.

Suh is occupying the NT position that was a hole for most of 2017, I would hope the run defense is upgraded. That's why we got him.

Slags drafted Sam, brain cart. I just keep thinking about Suh's loose cannon personality could have been even worse under Fisher

Well there is no guarantee that Bradford will make it to week 2.
