EARTH CITY, Mo. -- The St. Louis Rams open their 2015 training camp with their first full-team practice scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET on Friday.

With that in mind, here's a few things to know before they step on the field:

As you would hope, the Rams are almost completely healthy as they head into camp. Rookie guard Cody Wichmann (calf) is on the physically unable to perform list, but everyone else has been cleared to at least be on the active roster at the start of camp. That includes rookie running back Todd Gurley, who is still recovering from a torn left ACL. Gurley will be involved in some individual work early on and slowly work his way back into the mix.

Receiver Brian Quick (shoulder), left tackle Greg Robinson (toe) and guard Rodger Saffold (shoulder) are all recovered from their respective surgeries and should be able to participate in some capacity. They all passed their physicals and conditioning tests and are ready to go.

Aside from Wichmann, every Rams player passed his conditioning test, according to general manager Les Snead. In other words, nobody came back so out of shape that they won't be able to practice right away.

Here's the breakdown of the nine St. Louis-based training camp practices open to the public. All practices will take place at Rams Park in Earth City unless otherwise noted.

Friday, July 31: 4:30 p.m. ET
Saturday, Aug. 1: 4:30 p.m. ET
Sunday, Aug. 2: 4:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, Aug. 4: 4:30 p.m. ET
Thursday, Aug. 6: 6:30 p.m. ET
Friday, Aug. 7: 6 p.m. ET (Scrimmage at Lindenwood University)
Sunday, Aug. 9: Practice 4:30 p.m. ET
Monday, Aug. 10: Practice 4:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, Aug. 11: Practice 6:30 p.m. ET

Here's the breakdown of the three open practices in Oxnard, Calif.

Monday, Aug. 17: 7:25 p.m. ET (with Dallas Cowboys)
Tuesday, Aug. 18: 7:25 p.m. ET (with Dallas Cowboys)
Wednesday, Aug. 19: 1:30 p.m. ET

The Rams also have a handful of practices scheduled that will not be open to the public, including some special teams only workouts. They have no definitive "break" of camp but the last open practice is that solo workout in Oxnard on Aug. 19.

Note to Jim Thomas. This is how you present an article about the rams without mentioning a move to lala land at least 5 times in it.

I have to say, yesterday JT gave a pretty good Radio interview Talking up the Rams, and didn't mention L.A. once! Few and far between, but it did happen!:D
