I think Spags has a good idea of what's going on with the offense just based on the fact that he has had to scheme AGAINST offenses for so many years. I don't know much of McDaniels, but as C. Long alluded to in a interview clip... his play designs are not working with THESE players. Adjustments need to be made and they aren't happening. Pettis is quick and seems crafty, yet he is never given any quick slant routes. Kendricks looks like he can rumble thru a few defenders, but hes never utilized on any checkdowns, nor is SJax.
