As I watched the game, when the camera caught the stands, it sure looked like most of the seats were filled. Looked like more than 65,000. I've been truing to find somewhere that told the paid attendance and can't find anything.

Anyone have a clue?

According to ESPN.com it was 62,006. IIRC the seats available for each game are 65k.

My wife though there was a ton of Saints Fans because when the Rams made some big plays they were all booing. I had to inform her they they were shouting for Kupp. My Ram brothers showed up in force and made some noise.

Mostly Rams fans sprinkled with Saints fans. I'd say it was 80% Rams. Pretty good showing.

We were chanting who dat leaving after the onside kick recovery.

Not sure, but I know I finally got above face value for my ticket :)

The Philly game was crazy, I listed it for 3x face, and it sold in 10 minutes! THIS is the game to watch out for, might be very green in the stands.

I wish I would have been in town for that game, gonna be CRAZY!

Always will in LA, huge transplant population.
Exactly! People move to LA, not Buffalo, New Orleans, Jacksonville etc. There will always be a large out of town contingent at our home games. So much better when we win and they go home crying in their beer!!!

I saw a lot of empty seats.

Tickets sold isn't always the same as butts in seats and the stadium had a lot of empty seats.

Tends to happen when there are 93,000 plus seats plus in the house

I'll say this, the crowd Sunday "Shirley" would have packed their previous 3 venues

No I meant "holes" in the crowd. Seats that probably have been sold that were empty. Not seats they aren't offering for sale.

I thought it was gonna be awful based on the look at KO. But damn that LA traffic. By the second quarter the stands were almost full. The Eagles game is gonna be loud. Glad to see it!

I've thought this too. But lord knows that if a stadium isn't packed full we all try out more than one seat lol

For the life of me I'll never understand why they don't tarp off the 30,000ish seats they don't put up for sale and make everyone pack the lower bowl.

You could totally see people sitting in areas where seating clearly wasnt sold

A lot of people that were at the game said it was packed. Waits were longer, fans were louder. I think the attendance was very good. Only reason stadium looks empty to people is because Rams games are capped at 65K and the coli holds 90k

Yeah, it makes the attendance "issue" an eye sore on tv. It also kinda violates the whole supply and demand thing. Weird Kronos would miss such a simple thing

(EDIT: My IPhone auto corrected Kronke to Kronos, ima leave it)

Well, Les with 100,000 capacity you have to factor that in that even with 70,000 there will be empty seats. Overall, this does not bother me. The Los Angeles Rams will fill the new palatial venue that ESK is building and with Sean McVay leading the way for LA the Rams will continue to gain fan support IMHO.
