Definitely a good episode to get Kromers inside point of view.

Emphasis on smart football players that can really dig into the intent and design of each play. It’s a big emphasis for the lineman, but the Wr’s role is also huge.

This schemeis really demanding on the Olineman from a mental standpoint. But the offense benefits from it.

Boom is slayed to compete at LT in the future and that’s why they had him at LG, to get experience and familiarity.

He acknowledges that Edwards is playing great and this is partly due to the experience he got last year.

Blythe ability to know the center position better helps them call 3 plays in the huddle and he helps navigate play calls.

Corbett Mauling people.

Anchrum our late draft pick from Clemson has long arms though he’s under 6’2, so he has a great shot at competing at LT as well.

All the lineman learn multiple positions to make them better ans

Bobby Evans and - if he ever comes back - Chandler Brewer are also examples of the Rams wanting them to learn several positions.

Great listen, too bad he didn't do something like this at the end of last season. A lot of people would have had much less stress and irritation as we weren't signing free agent OL and drafting them :D

Also very nice to hear him talk about my boy Tremayne.

Tremayne imo is going to start for the Rams someday when needed. He and Evans are the backup left tackles right now. Don't know who is first up.
