For anyone who needs caught up - Ricky Hollywood (real name Erica Tamposi) was the longtime producer of the excellent Around the NFL podcast which is owned and produced by NFL Media. She recently left the show to focus on new projects - and it looks like working with the Rams is one of those.

She is smart, funny, knows football and is talented and I like that we are looking to improve in the digital content space. It's all about eyeballs in LA.

The team needs to churn out more content. I'd suggest more camp content for starters. Have a live cam of the practices fans can log into and watch. Then after the practice do a live vid segment where you discuss it.

It would be cool to watch camp online. I don't know that any teams have that yet but if McVay does it everyone will follow suit and fans win.
