Slim pickings left here...

RAMS - 23
Bears - 17

Bonus:

Aaron Donald will be held 18 times, and only get a singular holding call

Stafford gets his first TD to Kupp

WTF Man? Doesn’t the turnover came predict games as much as scores.Any Given Sunday is a real thing.
WTFO NFL is not a conservative take on this game as much as you may think so,but Ram doubt is all over your post.

Geez dude chill.

If you bothered to read my posts all year I've been a huge homer. I was saying back in OTAs this was a SB roster, especially with the new guys. I had no doubts that Funk would edge in front of Jones back then. When people were WTF about the Benny Sko pick I predicited he was going to make this roster with a well-defined role as a possession type of receiver. When people were doubting Allen back then and even now I'm saying he's better than Corbett and a clear upgrade over Blythe.

All I'm saying is that the Bears have enough talent to sneak up on a team that gets complacent. The Rams clearly outmatch them across the board, but that said they need to understand that a team must bring their A game each week as that is the way they get to the Super Bowl and win it. That quest starts Sunday.

I've also been on record saying too much blame has been placed on Goff for failures by McVay and other players. So what I'm saying is that McVay's and the media's whipping boy is gone. It's time to deliver the goods. I have no doubt they will. It took a while for Staley's installation to really get going, but once it did they became very good. I'm hoping Raheem's clear emphasis to stop the run doesn't come at the expense of the secondary. Regardless if there is a side of the ball where a "break-in" period might occur it's going to be on defense. That said I expect the offense to pick up any early season slack by the defense by being more consistent. Those "dead" offensive possession need to be limited in a game and early scoring by the offense making the opposition get out of their game plan will be a huge factor.

That is why I've predicted a 27-7 win by the Rams on Sunday. I have every expectation of the Rams jumping out to a 14 point lead then McVay leaning on Michel to eat the clock up after that. In that regard Michel is going to be as good or better than Akers. This is why I think as the season wears on Michel will get more snaps than Henderson. I'm saying it now before the first game, the acquisition of Michel allows McVay to go back to his original plan in terms of his RB rotation once Michel learns the offense.

I like how Jacked-up you are about the season.I get it,but I do see your wiggle room. That said, there is a big question mark at CB.Training Camp David Long was doing okay, but still needs to get more physical.I know as you speak about Funk & Sko there is a couple other guys like RR & BB who will play a big role as the season goes on.
I’m stoked to see Troy Reeder & Kenny Young now that they’ve won there spots. The guy I was the hardest on Justin Hollins in the off season. He sort of improved his pass rush.He stopped Stafford a couple of times coming from the RDE/Lb on 4 man front. Floyd is going to be moving around a little more from snap to snap.
Kenny Young I thought was playing out of position & getting burned. He needs to learn to wrap up better & tackling technique but he gets to the ball.Les Snead talked to him & after that you could see him start to take more ownership on defense. He talks a lot.Reeder & Young did shine a little last season.
Talking about Da Bears I actually see a little old school MLB in Reeder like a poor man’s Urlacher. Floyd wears the 54 though.
I’m looking forward to seeing Floyd & Quinn opening day.Mcvay’s first camp he had Quinn against Whitworth. Don’t know actually when The Rams were able to trade him? I think right afterwards.

Prediction after listening to Sean Mcvay talk up DJ1.Look for him to catching one deep.
This.

For example, McVay will remember a play from a 2010 game against Philly when he was assistant tight ends coach in Washington. On the opening play from scrimmage, from Philly's own 12 yard line, Andy Reid called what appeared to be a Michael Vick bootleg. That is, until it turned out instead to be a perfect pass play deep downfield to DJax for an 88 TD.

McVay won't forget about DJax.

44-30

I think Rams handle business after some first quarter sloppiness keeps it briefly close but close half 31-16. Then second half Fields comes in and gets a couple of inspiring touchdowns as the Rams start packing up to go home.

Might be a defensive struggle early on. Stafford hasn't played a down other than practice with his new team. I think we will work hard for it but pull away in the end.

Rams 23
Bears 13

Just before I read your post, I was gonna say:
Rams 23
Bears 14

No idea but I'll take Floyd vs Ifedi. Expect he will have a big game, looks like a great matchup for us.

If the Rams implode and some how lose this game, they will be mocked by every NFL pundit league wide.

That being said, they should win by at least a field goal even if they come out flat.
