Cmon y’all. We live in a multidimensional universe and we can only experience 4 of them. It’s not a Trojan horse and it’s not the devil, mama.

I think that point is that if you're looking at it scientifically, we can't prove more than 4 dimensions. Therefore, more than 4 dimensions don't exist. Believing anything else is a faith based leap away from facts.

If they can prove a "dark matter" powered fifth dimension, that's kind of a big deal.

Idk the 4th dimension still mind fucks me tbh and I typically understand concepts and the very least pretty well.

Taking my continuing education as an adult to expand my mind and keep learning I still can’t get over these dimensions.

Part of me thinks people talking about bullshit that isn’t there and get paid to do it. Lol idk

it is a big deal. And I’m not all that educated on it, but I believe that you can prove things exist that we can’t personally experience. Well, maybe not “prove” but certainly show evidence of. We can’t “prove” a lot of things that we accept as valid science yet we accept them as existing. Big Bang, gravity, etc.

I wasn’t trying to downplay its importance - just the fear that we shouldn’t explore the science because it may be scary.

IDK, the whole "you doesn't so much time seeing if you could do it, you didn't think about it you should do it" is a valid point to be made. They just found some mammoth blood that was well preserved and mentioned how it would help them clone mammoths. Jurassic Park, despite being a fictional movie (Michael Crichton is a bad ass), on the latest incarnation does a decent job of exploring what happens when or science out paces our wisdom. And it does it in a way that's fun to watch.

The current dimensions are all sequentially measurable: time, height, width, and depth. WTF would a fifth one be? And do we have a lot of the next dimension of not much of it or somewhere in the middle? There's a lot of questions that arise from this.

imagine a 2d creature. What would a 3rd dimension be to it?

and we can completely fill Ds 1-3. We can move which ever way we want thru any of the 3 Willy nilly but time is a one way street that You can neither accelerate nor decelerate thru?

Im not saying don’t have caution, but we don’t need to not advance because it’s scary. We should go to space, we should stretch our legs, if there are other dimension, we should peep them out.

You can accelerate and decelerate through time. Time is relative to your speed. There's a whole thing.

It seems like they are very close to proving a 5th dimension exists. I don't think its likely that man could experience it personally any time soon, if at all.

This has been going on already with Cassowary. I used to watch every dinosaur show I could find. Bob Backer talked about reverse engineering a dinosaur by modifying DNA from a Cassowary egg. He explained the process and what they expected to happen and how, then if a specimen lived and could lay eggs they could do the same with the DNA in those eggs to accelerate the change. Its the only time I saw it. I wonder how its going. Did it fail, did it get refunded?
