How is hitting a player with the crown of the helmet to the facemask not a penalty? The nfl doesn't know what the hell it's doing. You scrape a qb's helmet with your finger or give a player a little shove after the play it's a 15 yard penalty but nearly decapitating a rb because he took two steps is ok.
