It's clear that none of the guys who were interviewed wanted this to happen. It just goes to show how much respect Spags had in the lockerroom.

Bradford wanted McDaniels to remain...well, I guess that's not going to happen either. If they don't keep the systems in place (they should), it'll be the fourth system Sam's learned in as many years.

That's nothing compared with Jackson, though. Even though those years with Linehan were horrid at best, I still can't believe that Jackson's been through six offensive coordinators. To put up the stats that he's put up with that much team dysfunction...wow.

That's really the question, isn't it? Either trash the entire system and rebuild from scratch (or some semblance of scratch, possibly returning to another WCO)....OR continue on with the offensive scheme in place. Which then posses the question as to whether or not the ownership is willing to put in the time to find out if McD's can be successful, not to mention along with the concurrance of a new HC and GM.....the plot thickens, or at least it did following my third martini....Irish wake anyone? :whome?:
