Guys the problem is that our playcalling has become so predictable that ofc with a 8-9 man box and running the same stupid shit is going to result with the same results. As Albert Einstein stated " the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result" This is what I've learned is exactly what describes Fisher to a tee. Dude will ride or die with his bone headed logic and doesn't adjust well on the go and we've all seen it in the last few years. Yeah Fisher might not be involved on offensive play calling but his influence and desires are there from OTA's and minicamp. Boras knows the playbook expected of him and I'm not so sure Boras has enough experience under his belt to adjust even if he does have the choice to adjust on the fly.

If we on't want this to haunt us down the stretch and ponteially into the playoffs the coaching staff needs to change this issue right now!

Where did the Tavon reverse action go? When they use it as a fake the contain from the side he is going to is taken out of the play creating room for TG. There has to be some reason they aren't showing it anymore - was Tavon getting blown up too much running the fake?

They really need to evaluate the run plays and see how often plays are getting stuffed even when the line is excecuting their blocks. If they see everyone doing their job and the play is still going no where then it is a crappy play.

Agreed. Also, that running play they called the wrap where the TE motions and takes out a DLineman at the snap worked the vast majority of the time they've run it over the years. Now it's gone. I guess they are trying to lessen the pounding Kendricks was taking or something.

The play that needs to be taken out of the play book is the 3 yard out on 3rd down . I haven't seen Keenum complete it all year .

Yeah that's not a throw he excels at. He had Tavon on a big third down in the game and missed outside pretty badly, think it's paranoia with the fear of the INT and pick six but he's gotta be able to nail that throw.

On a positive side I love the way he throws the slants to Britt. Slants are hard to defend when the DB has the outside leverage and the Rams don't always capitalize on them. IMO more of those would be really nice and it would affect coverages.

You could probably watch any team play and pick out a dozen or so plays that look stupid after the fact. I'm not too worried about stuff like that. All I care about is seeing continual improvement. And I've seen that since the first San Fiasco game. Every week is getting better with in-game adjustments and situational play-calling. If anything, they have to start finding more creative ways to spring Gurley. If you can't get him free by handing it off, then send him somewhere and throw it to him. THEN try and run it again. Gotta keep defenses guessing.
