So Im watching the Bama/Mich game. If anyone else is too, you know its a bit outta control. Not a great game.
However, I noticed that Bama's band plays the Phantom of the Opera Theme on 3rd downs. IDK if this is new or Im just now noticing it because I saw Phantom on Broadway this year. Anyway I was thinking "dang that song would sound sick as a rock cover" and I stumbled across this:

I had heard Echoes before but never made the connection. The theme for Phantom is a complete rip-off of it. Unbelievable. The score of maybe the most world renowned play ever is plagiarized.
