Been watching him close all pre season...Blythe has not let me down. I posted early that I was convinced that he would replace Brown in the first two games. They might ease Jamon Brown back in very slowly. Blythe pass blocking is several ticks up above Brown but Brown may be a tick above Blythe in the run game. Use Blythe early when the passing game is a priority & then ease Brown in when theirs a need to run out the clock late.Blythe was good all game.
If he plays like that again the coaches should have a hard choice to make at RG.
This dinky OL'er has a great working brain & understands what he needs to do each & every block. So technically sound its worthy of some high praise. Kromer is the "Magic Man:"
I can not wait to see what Kromer can do with both Noteboom & Allen!

Big Rob getting his game on and boy that contract is lookin shrewd now ain't it?
isn't Brown a FA after this season? or is it next? Regardless, If Blythe keeps it up he might make re-signing him a non factor.
That is a good point, and would save us a ton of money. Much better option if they continue to beast up and improve.Yeah, Brown's a free agent after this season. I still hold out a lot of hope for him to be re-signed because I still am a fan of him. I agree with Texas in that he and Blythe could be our starting guards after this season with Saffold possibly walking.

Dude, get rid of the Man Bun before you ever get in front of another camera.
I was having a conversation with a young gentleman yesterday at the office about that very same subject and his response was that the chicks dig it....I put my arm around him and whispered in his ear..."They really don't."
