Gurley said he worked out in Thousand Oaks Sports Academy with Spruce, and Higbee, in the offseason. He was running 100 yard hills, worked out in dunes, etc.

Practice hasn't started, but the NFLN session is based, partly at the Rams practice. So, they are showing a lot of stuff.
