There was already a thread posted about this, but I couldn't find it to update it. I was watching the NFL Network this morning and the Rams coverage was listed as starting at 6:30 pm EST. I believe in the original post it was listed as starting at 5:30 pm EST.
I'm taping both just to be safe but wanted to give ya'll a heads up on the possible time change

It'll be on at 5:30 Central time. Looking forward to it!

Their coverage of the Cowboys and Cardinals was pretty cool but sucks that the Rams only get an hour.

Can anybody record it and post it on here? I'll be at work still, most likely.

Got my DVR set already and i'm heading straight to Rams park after i get off work today. Beautiful weather here in St. Louis partly cloudy high of 85. Should be a nice evening to watch some football.

That's highly unusual.. Dukes is usually bashing the Rams

I watched it... Twice. My quick summary of the very limited and early PS 11 on 11 is this: The defense looked fast, strong and disciplined. The offense looked very similar to what we have seen over the last 6 years or so.....which is to say anemic. The young guys up front will have their hands full this year as they learn. I get the feeling this defense will need to hold teams under 18ppg for the Rams to win more than 8 with this offense. However, I reserve the right to change my mind as always, haha. It's verrrry early, but I swear I have seen this movie a bunch of times.

Does this include the running game, OLine getting push etc?
Not alot of reports on the success(or lack of) concerning how the young Turks up front are doing in that aspect. Most of what i read are reports on the pass blocking/passing drills.

To be fair to the offense, I think the running game is going to be the focus this year so they are at a disadvantage in training camp since you can't really tell that much about the running game when guys aren't going 100% in full pads.

The coverage itself was OK. It was cool when they showed the OL vs. DL drill.

But my gosh, we get it. Defense good. Offense meh.

It is tough to guage (as @jrry32 mentioned) without Gurley and also with out real live hitting, but I am more optimistic for the run game from what I saw last night. I think we all know the OL will be a work in progress for much of the season, especially in pass pro. The coaches obviously know this and that is probably why I did not see a pass go more than 10 yds. No secret what they are going to try to do this year, thats fo sho. Not sexy, but if they can win the TOP battle and keep scores close, anything is possible.

Also, I saw Mannion throw a couple of passes and as others have said, that ball comes out hot. Excited to see how this kid progresses.

Yeah I can't wait.....
"The St. Louis Rams displayed a stifling defense in week one beating the defending NFC Champion Seahawks 23-10, next Hugh G Rection will report on how this might impact Johnny Manzels chances of starting week two in Cleveland and what Tim Tebow had for lunch."
