Just a nice overview of the moves in the Wild NFL West.

I didn't realize LaMarr Woodley signed with Arizona. I always liked him as a Steeler, but the dude had a huge decrease in production.

All things considered, I'd put the Rams ahead in FA so far!(y)(y):)

Perrish Cox, a man whose only redeeming quality is that he is able to hire a fantastic lawyer.

In order to add something to the conversation, I like the moves the Rams have made!!! I have a very hard time not pointing out or insinuating that Perrish Cox is a terrible human being.

What did he do?

I would say the Rams have improved the most through free agency but we still have work to do. If the season started now, I would expect something like this:

Seattle: 13-3
Arizona: 10-6
St. Louis: 7-9
San Fran: 6-10

If we sign Barksdale, sign another experienced O-lineman, and draft OL high, I would feel confident enough to say we would be a 9 to 12 win team. Offensive line makes that big of an impact.

While I think we're clearly beating Arizona and SF in the off-season so far, Seattle's signing of Jimmy Graham is a huge problem. A huge problem. To me, that is every bit the boon to their franchise as Foles is to ours.

The only thing that keeps me from being sure we're the clear winners in FA is the disturbing lack of gets in one critical area.

Graham was a big coup for them, but unless they improve their offensive line, it won't even matter. Right now, their line is worse than it was last year as they lost Unger and Carpenter and even with them our D ate them for lunch.

And let's not forget we beat Graham and the Saint :) with drew Breese at QB. Wilson to Graham doesn't scare me as much
