Hey guys if the Rams have a great season and make it far in the Playoffs can they leave? How would St. Louis react if the team finally makes the Playoffs and have a great season and leave?

If the owner has his mind made up on moving, what does the performance on the field have to do with it?

Quite poorly I imagine.

Myself, having lived in St Louis for a large chunk of my life, I almost expect stuff like that.

Grandstands in Inglewood imploded

There is going to be a stadium built and it's either going to be the Rams playing in it owned by Kroenke or him trading franchises with the Raiders and a new owner emerging for STL. I don't see Mrs Davis controlling that franchise much longer.

What if we add to that situation by saying the new stadium gets put in limbo because of litigation from a few government officials? That stadium limbo gives SK leverage with the NFL who then supports the Rams move to LA?

I'm pro Inglewood, but this article is kinda silly. Guys from "Bring back the LA Rams" out watching the implosion of the Grand stand that is coming down regardless if a football stadium is being built. The proposed location of the new stadium is on the north end of the property and the Grandstand is below the southend of the stadium.

Oh. Soooo, Stan is NOT building a stadium in Inglewood?
What's his plan B again?

Sorry man but this has been posted ad nauseum. There is nothing new in any of this and I see no purpose for posting it.

Well first of all, with Stan's background, he probably has a plan B and C and that likely means some other development on the property.

But I'm sure what he is saying is that this provides no new info that hasn't always been there. That property is getting developed. There is nothing absolute in the stadium development on that site even though Mayor Butts wants that to be the case. It's possible, maybe even probable but a lot can happen in the next several months.

You actually don't know this for sure, as none of us do, including Mayor Butts.

Sure seems to be the end game of a few lawmakers - eh?

Wonder if they are on SK's payroll..ala campaign donations.
Not really his MO but who really knows. I think it's more likely just politicians in search of power under the guise of looking out for their constituents. But that is a guess from someone very unfamiliar with your region's politics or politicians.

There's a large section of MO lawmakers who just stand in the way of progress. This is the state after all who tried to make it a crime for police to enforce federal laws that they don't like. If some of those would have gotten their way the police would have had to arrest themselves after arresting people. I guarantee you if the stadium were to be located in Springfield, or some other God fearing, good people rural town instead of the evil urban city this wouldn't be an issue. That's all this is about.

Just let this play Gentlemen soon all of us will know the answer and it's not going to take much longer. Summer is beautiful season and the time to enjoy the fruits of your labor as well as stopping to smell the roses.

The upcoming season looks bright and with OTA's and Training Camp looming on the horizon so much to discuss and debate. Soon we'll have all the answers, but at this point some things are clearer than others and the Rams will either be staying in St. Louis or playing in Los Angeles and none of us know the answer and at this point that decision has still not been made. As always JMHO.

Clearly you are not in the beer or restaurant business.
