Clues: White defensive player that specializes in sacks. Didn't get pick up "off the streets" in 2007.

I'd say it's an easy one, Chris Long. But the 2007 thing throws it out the window.

That could just be a letter a scout is holding onto because some UDFA became a big deal and the scout passed on him initially. I don't see any veterans on the roster right now who were on the streets in 2007, and I didn't even see any good UDFAs that came into the league in 2007 on defense. Weird segment to that video for sure.
