Thanks for this @Force16X. It's timely because I wrenched my left knee a few weeks ago and am still doing the ice-heat treatment twice a day along with having to wrap it.

With NFL players that are heavily muscled and weigh sometimes over 300 pounds, which puts added pressure on those knee ligaments, it's a wonder there aren't more knee injuries.

Bigger/stronger muscles surrounding the ligaments PT....you'd be surprised how strong & flexible professional athletes are....well, maybe not you....
