Plenty of work for some of those offensive line reserves. Worth pointing out that starting RT Rob Havenstein got a ton more time than the other starters (20 additional snaps, to be exact). One note from the wide receivers? It would seem that WR Brandon Shippen has a leg up on WR Paul McRoberts and WR Shakeir Ryan, for whatever that’s worth.Overall through three games, you’ve got seven players who have cracked at least 100 of the offense’s 205 snaps, five of whom are on the offensive line.

Reminder of who was inactive for the game, because it clearly affected things in a major way here.Suffice to say we have a clear battle at corner between CB Dominique Hatfield and CB Mike Jordan?Hard to parse the linebacking snaps for anything concrete given that all four starters were out...

With these special teams snaps and the injury to TE Temarrick Hemingway, does TE Cory Harkey have an inside track now to the 53-man roster? Harkey is among the top eight non-core (i.e. K, P, LS) special teams contributors who have cleared more than 25 of the Rams’ 81 preseason special teams snaps: FB Sam Rogers (37), Harkey (37), S Marqui Christian (34), LB Folarin Orimolade (30), LB Andy Mulumba (29), S John Johnson (29), LB Josh Forrest (27) & CB Dominique Hatfield (26). If we get a shocker on the 53-man, good chance it comes out of this group.

My question is there anyone prepared to step up at RT?
Probably not.
I don't Think Havenstein is the long term answer there. Maybe I'm wrong but not impressed with his ability to even get in front of speed rushers.
Any thoughts on T Dunn?

Good Morning fearsomefour, :coffee::thinking: The situation @ RT in the area of pass protection is concerning not in run blocking right? Not sure if its due to a physical burr or a mental technical burr? If its a tech issue it can be fix. If its the other we will need to look elsewhere & Rob move back inside as Kromer planned from beginning. Since Kromer wanted Rob inside, I believe answer is Physical burr that can not be fixed good enough to protect Goff the franchise:(.

The rocky road that brought us here, was that early plan by Kromer....GRob was mature & mentally able to flip sides & produce at NFL level RT play:ROFLMAO:. The other elements involving this Kromer plan was last season's late season starter @ RT/RG Andrew Donnal. The plan was to have him compete when healthy again. Then there was Pace Murphy who won a roster spot early in pre season 2016. Pace did that @ LT but as the season wore on he saw time @ RT too & played RT with the offense in 2 gms & looked good. That plan looked solid to me until it went up in flames.

What happen? GRob completely failed to put in any effort & was unworthy of the opportunity:poop:. Andrew Donnal never got fully healthy from hip surgery then injured his knee :rant:removing him from competing (this is the same knee he injured in wk #11 in 2015 that sacked him for the rest of the season). Reserve Jamon Brown was tried & tested & he failed:sleepz:. Then Pace Murphy injured his elbow badly & his performance has suffered since:puke:Thus Kromer had no real options but shelve his Havenstien ORG plan :death:& reinsert Rob back in @ RT & we are back where we started:headexplosion:.

Micheal Dunn was a LT for the Terps & a good one @ that. Team captain too. Dunn’s history is ...walked on & redshirted his #1 yr. Started on the OL for 4 yrs. Been OT since game 10 of the 2013 season. Before the OT thing MD started 9 @ RG. MD had 31 starts @ LT & 8 RT for the Terps voted the Terps’ most reliable lineman 2016. Its been said that MD is more technician with necessary footwork, durability & consistency to play in the NFL. He is about 6-5 & 310 lbs.

@ first I thought that MD might make the PS @ best but with all the above negative ongoings @ RT thus far in this season MD's worth has increase greatly day by day. If we do not see Darrell Williams in @ RT Thursday nite then we will see Dunn taking the major amount of action @ RT. Last Saturday MD got in @ RT for 18 plays near 27%. If you go back to the late 3rd quarter you will see Pace Murphy moving inside to RG with MD taking up that RT starting post. You should be pleased with what you see from MB & Murphy @ RG(y).

I think we are going into week one with Hav at RT.
If Donnal is not shelved this year, if he can get healthy at some point, he may end up taking over at RT.
I just Havenstein is not quick enough to deal with speed rushers, particularly 3/4 speed rushers, without help. Offense coaches hate having to remove play makers from patterns because of blocking shortcomings.
We shall see.
