Yeah, I'm guessing Cooper will be back before him. The Rams can only activate two from the IR anyway, and a return only guy is unlikely to be one of them.

At least he will get a full season's pay (minus 1 game). That's good money, which he will hopefully save. Not in LA, but in a lot of places after taxes that will buy him a house. And he'll get a shot somewhere next season - he looked good enough in his one full game that's a certainty.

One might think that Sam Shields & NRC could start with safety Lamarcus Joyner replacing NRC @ the Nickle. Marqui Christian & JJ III should be able to hold down the safety posts.

The Viks have 3 outstanding wide outs & 2 good TE's so it should be a good trial for Wade's D.
