I'm digging Les' confidence. He's come a long way since his 1st press conference in STL. Boy's got some strong Southern Swag going on. He's got to talk his "GM Speak" at this time of the year... but I can tell he is loaded to the gills with his plan and football IQ. The best part for me is that I can see he really loves what he's doing.


Jake is a down-to-earth big lug and a consummate professional. Gonna be a gold mine for our young bucks to learn from.
