Is Willis really that good

Bowman came in a few years and has put up better stats, now Willis is hurt and this Wilhoite seems to be just as good. I wonder if he isn't just a name in a good system

Well, considering there are two ILBs on the field at a time in the 3-4, Willis wasn't replaced by Bowman, but by Michael Wilhoite.
